How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

Do you travel outside the Inland Empire?

Yes — SoCal-wide coverage is standard. Travel fees apply beyond 30 miles from the IE. Nationwide travel is available for enterprise clients.

What if I don't know my exact date yet?

No problem at all. A rough timeframe is enough to get started. We can lock in dates once you have them — just reach out early so we can hold availability.

Do you require a retainer to hold the date?

Yes — 50% retainer to confirm the booking, with the balance due on delivery. This protects both parties and ensures your date is secured.

Can I book headshots and event photography together?

Absolutely — and it's often more cost-effective. Many clients add a headshot station to their conference day. Ask about bundled packages on your scoping call.

How far in advance should I book?

For events: 4–8 weeks minimum. For headshot sessions: 2–4 weeks. Popular dates fill up fast — the sooner you reach out the better.
